Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary delivery within Singapore. Orders will generally be dispatched within 2 business days of receipt. Please allow 2-4 business days for arrival following the dispatch of your order.

International Shipping

Not available at the moment.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We offer exchanges and returns (for store credit only) for items purchased at full price. Store credit will be valid for 2 months.

To be eligible, please make sure that your items are back at our facility within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition and original packaging in-tact for us to process the exchange or return.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange or return. Please also note that we are unable to refund any original shipping fees, taxes or duties paid on any orders.

If for some reason our product is faulty or damaged, we would be happy to replace it for you within our 1-year manufacturing warranty.

CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please write to us at goodduckgoodluck@gmail.com. If your order has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change your order. Once you receive your order, you may initiate an exchange or return per our EXCHANGE AND RETURNS policy above. 

LOST PACKAGE
If your package is lost in transit, please write to us right away at goodduckgoodluck@gmail.com, and we will try our best to solve the issue. Please note that we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. 

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please email us at goodduckgoodluck@gmail.com as soon as possible to make a change to your shipping address. We will not be responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect delivery address provided by you.

PAYMENTS
All payments are made in Singapore Dollars. 

DUTIES AND TAXES
All prices shown on the site are in Singapore Dollars and are exclusive of all taxes and duties applied in countries outside of Singapore. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly, and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Singapore Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

GIFT WRAPPING
We currently do not offer gift wrapping.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
